VMS Store Bot is a private Discord bot developed for and operated exclusively within the official VMS Store Discord server.

The bot provides customer verification, customer support, moderation, role and permission management, and other community management functionality.

To provide its functionality, VMS Store Bot may process limited data made available through the Discord API, including:

• Discord user IDs;
• Discord channel, server, and role IDs;
• membership and role information within the VMS Store Discord server;
• messages, links, images, attachments, and other message-related information when required by moderation and channel management features.

The bot may also process transaction information obtained through the Tebex API when a user uses customer verification functionality.

Discord API data is used only when necessary to provide the bot's functionality, including:

• verifying customers and their purchases through our Tebex integration;
• assigning and managing customer roles and channel access;
• creating and managing customer support tickets;
• detecting prohibited, malicious, scam, or advertising links;
• enforcing image and attachment limits;
• maintaining sticky messages in selected channels;
• providing moderation logs;
• managing permissions and other server functionality.

We do not sell Discord API data, use it for advertising or user profiling, or use message content to train AI or machine learning models.

Some data required for the bot's functionality is stored in our application database.

Stored Discord API data is encrypted at rest.

Message content used for moderation is not stored in our external application database.

Data is retained only while it is required to provide the relevant bot functionality or until it is deleted following a deletion request.

Users may request deletion of their stored data by opening a support ticket in the official VMS Store Discord server and requesting data deletion.

Questions, privacy requests, and reports relating to VMS Store Bot can be submitted through the support ticket system in the official VMS Store Discord server.
